Interview by Jim Ladd with Mark Knopfler recorded in 1980 at the time of the release of the Making Movies LP. Broadcasted in 1986. Interesting to hear this old interview of the early days of Dire Straits combined with the music from the first three albums. The radio broadcast of that evening was devided in two parts: interview with Mark Knopfler 1980 (this CD) and the other part was a broadcast of various Dire Straits rarities.
