Additional comments In all countries except the USA, the initial run of copies was a special, limited 2CD set. The second CD contained Dire Straits songs recorded at Royal Albert Hall, London UK on 23rd May 1996, during Mark Knopfler's Golden heart tour. This edition came in a special box with a silver slip case. The front and back cover of the jewel case inside this silver slip case is the same as the standard edition.
