Additional comments:
Official Video-CD, recorded on 29th March 1987 at the Palladium, London, UK. The Secret Policeman's Third Ball is a charity event in aid of Amnesty International. It's a mix of various humor, comedians and great musicians like Mark Knopfler and Chet Atkins. Mark and Chet perform two songs both on acoustic guitars. Very nice to see them play together and apparently amusing themselves very much. There's also a very funny part with Mark Knopfler 'talking' to Ruby Wax and playing guitar at the same time. Mark plays a little song for Ruby!  Available on two CD-R's. This show is also available on normal audio-CD, see:
The Secret Policeman's Third Ball).

Video-CD's can be played on DVD players or normal CD-ROM players using Windows Media Player. I can play this Video-CD on my external Sony DVD player (DVP-NS705V) without any problem. Note however that some DVD players have problems with Video-CD's. So I can only guarantee that they work on your PC CD-ROM drive!
