This is a television performance that Mark Knopfler did to promote his new album Sailing to Philadelphia. Mark played What it is live in the TV studio with a pretty large band. All instruments are live. Unfortunately, there was no interview afterwards like in 1996. Very good sound, only 6 minutes.
