Additional comments In 1988, Mark Knopfler joined Eric Clapton's band for his 25th anniversary tour. These 8CD´s feature all four concerts of Eric Clapton and Mark Knopfler in Japan 1988. Elton John is also starring on each of these shows with several of his own songs and Sting is a guest musician on the concert at the Budokan Theatre, 4th November 1988. Taken from the original silver pressed bootleg "Complete Japan tour 1988". All CD's are audience recordings in nice sound quality. The box also includes one DVD-R which contains a 59 minutes interview with Eric Clapton. Since it does not feature Mark Knopfler, I did not mention that DVD seperately in my listings.
