Before the official start of the tour, the band played a charity gig at the Imperial War Museum in London. What followed was another UK tour, this time playing at Ronnie Scott's jazz clubs in both Birmingham and London. In between they played an outdoor show at Taplow Court which was a charity concert in aid of War Child. A few special guests appeared; Lonnie Donegan on 24th July (performing Frankie & Johnny and Corina Corina), Chris Barber on 31st July and Pat Cromley on 1st August. Unfortunately, no official recordings were made on any of these days. |
