There
are a lot of illegal silver pressed "The very best of..."
compilation and counterfeit CD's made which contain studio tracks of Dire Straits and Mark
Knopfler. I just collected a few of them. Some of them look really
good featuring nice pictures, have a picture disc or even have have a print on
the disc as if you bought a genuine Vertigo or Mercury release. Of course, all of
these CD's are not authorized and I will not make any copies of them. I
just included them in the list below so you can have an idea what they
look like.

True love will never fade. Allthough there was never an officially
digipack released of Kill to get crimson, this can be seen as a real
counterfeit CD. They tried to copy every detail, from artwork to the print
on the CD itself. A real fake issue, even with an incorrect spelling of
"Marck" Knopfler, see some details
